Order Processing

All in-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 working days (once payment has been received) from our UK-based warehouse. We do not ship directly from overseas suppliers; all orders are fulfilled from the UK.

 

Shipping Destinations

We ship primarily to the UK and Europe, and worldwide wherever our partnered courier services (e.g. Royal Mail and Parcelforce) operate. However, this may be subject to individual product restrictions or temporary changes at short notice.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • UK orders: Preferred partner is Royal Mail Tracked services
  • International orders: Parcelforce (depending on destination)
    Tracking numbers are emailed once orders are dispatched.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Tracked shipping is available on all orders.
  • Express shipping options may be introduced in the future.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged at checkout based on destination.

 

For UK customers spending £100 or more we offer free shipping. This will be through Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping (48hr tracked).

 

Delivery Timeframes

 UK: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • EU: 3–9 working days after dispatch although can vary subject to customs processing
  • International: 714 working days and will vary subject to destination and customs processing

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, additional tariffs, taxes, or import fees in their country. We recommend checking local customs regulations before ordering.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via email after dispatch.

  • UK orders can be tracked via Royal Mail’s website.
  • International orders can be tracked through the relevant Parcelforce tracking portal.

 

 

Important Notice for U.S. Customers:
Due to recent changes in U.S. import policy - specifically the end of the duty-free threshold -all shipments to the U.S. may now incur significant customs duties, processing fees, or flat-rate charges. These additional costs are out of our control and may be substantial.
As a result, we are now trialling the US shipping system in place through Royal Mail (Parcel Force). We will be monitoring this closely as we may need to implement future temporary suspensions for shipping to US customers dependant on disruptions which may be outside our control. 
We greatly appreciate your understanding and appreciate any feedback to help us improve this service.

 

Important Notice for Customers in France:

Recent updates to French import regulations may affect deliveries from the UK (where our warehouse is based). Shipments to France can now incur customs duties, import VAT, and processing or handling fees, including for low‑value parcels. For example, from 1 July 2026, the EU will apply a €3 flat‑rate customs duty per item type on many low‑value parcels, ending the previous duty‑free treatment for goods under €150.

These charges are set by French customs authorities and are outside our control. Customers may be contacted directly by the French customs office to settle any fees required for release of their parcel.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped (only if you have selected the option for tracking at checkout). You can track UK orders on the Royal Mail website or international orders via the courier’s tracking portal.

 

I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?

Contact us by sending an email - hello@idolfusion.com .  We will do what we can to help. Parcels often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, there are specific procedures that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.

 

I need to cancel my order!

If your order has already been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel it. Once you receive the parcel, please contact us to arrange a return at your own cost. Please note that shipping costs are non‑refundable for cancelled or unwanted orders.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and we receive reasonable notice to cancel it, we will process the cancellation for you. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus a small processing fee.

 

My order was cancelled. Why?

Unfortunately, in some cases we may need to cancel orders if we are unable to fulfil due to stock error, supplier shortage or damage when goods are received at our warehouse from overseas.  We try to minimise these situations but it is possible to occur.  We will try to offer a resolution as best we can, but if we cannot fulfil the order we will need to cancel and will fully refund any payments made or offer store credit as an alternative, where appropriate.
