Refund policy
We accept both returns and exchanges of items (excluding those which are listed as non-refundable) within 14 days of your order arriving, as long as the items are unopened and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/labels and in its original packaging. If an unboxing video is filmed and can show any severe damage that has occurred before the customer unpacked it and it is still sealed in its original packaging, we are able to exchange the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return information (including instructions on how and where to send your package). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage fee. Once we receive the items back, we will issue a full refund for the order (not including postage fees unless the item was damaged/you received the incorrect order).

PLEASE TAKE A CONTINUOUS VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWING THE BOX BEING OPENED AND SHOWING ALL ITEMS FACTORY SEALED AND BEING OPENED, IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE TO THE ITEM. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WITH THE VIDEO PROOF CLEARLY SHOWING THE DAMAGE BEING REMOVED FROM FACTORY SEALED PACKAGING
UNBOXING GUIDANCE:
1. Make sure phone/camera is on a suitable surface with a clear view of the box.
2. Start recording and open the box. Remove each item and take off bubble wrap.
3. Show a full 360 degree view of each item, fully showing each item from all angles.
4. Carefully open items. Then, hold up item to be clearly visible on camera.
Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns due to mistakes inside the album such as misprinted pages, typos or missing inclusions such as photocards. These are factory errors caused by the manufacturer and since all of our albums are sealed, we cannot prevent this from occurring.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns of photocards as once they have left our physical store/packing warehouse, as we can no longer guarantee their authenticity. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damaged/ discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded/ exchanged.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Returns or Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We ask that all of our customers film an unboxing when opening their package, so if any items are damaged, we can compensate for them appropriately. If an unboxing video is not taken while unboxing the order, we cannot verify the validity of claims of damage/missing products, so please ensure you film upon opening your order.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products with minor damages, dents or scratches and we also cannot accept returns due to mistakes inside the album such as misprinted pages, typos or missing inclusions such as photocards. These are factory errors caused by the manufacturer and since all of our albums are sealed, we cannot prevent this from occurring. If an unboxing video is filmed and can show any severe damage that has occurred before the customer unpacked it and it is still sealed in its original packaging, we are able to exchange the product.
We cannot offer a refund for delayed shipping, as this is an issue on the part of our delivery providers, over which we have no control. If you do not receive your order within 15 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we can file a claim on your behalf.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method usually within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled without explanation if we notice activity we deem as suspicious. For any order that we suspect is highly fraudulent, we will cancel with no prior warning. We also have some limits on Customers buying multiple of certain products, these conditions are always listed in the description of the product so make sure to read them thoroughly. If you purchase multiple limited products, your Order may be amended/cancelled without notification.
If an order is flagged as fraud, we will contact to request further analysis for the purchase, and will proceed with the order if the proof is satisfactory, or cancel the order if it does not pass the fraud analysis.
